Signing the booking form signifies that you have read all the documents and agree to the conditions of hire.
Please ensure you comply with and ‘police’ any parking associated with your event – there is a parking plan you need to follow. Do not obstruct the gate into the field.
Please leave the hall as you find it ensuring all areas used are left clean. Setting up time and cleaning up time need to be included when hiring and are chargeable.
